Jets-Giants Super Bowl 2011: 5 Reasons It Just Might Happen

It's very rare, but right now, the Jets and Giants are the two best teams in football. It has nothing to do with rosters, or who has more talent or the better quarterback.

It is simply this: Both teams currently are No. 1 seeds in their conferences.

The Giants are 5-2 in the NFC along with the Atlanta Falcons. The Giants have the better conference record to break the tie.

The Jets are 5-1 in the AFC along with the Patriots and Steelers. The Jets beat the Patriots and have a better conference record than the Steelers to break both ties.

So, is it possible that this could be the all-New York Super Bowl season? It's very possible.

Here are five reasons why Dallas could be host to the New York Bowl on Feb. 6.
