Week six of the 2010 NFL season is here and with another NFL week comes another week of fantasy football. There are many players out there that everybody knows they should start like Peyton Manning, Adrian Peterson, etc..... But are there any players out there that you are not sure about? Well, I can help you with that. Just read this article and you will find out who to start and who to sit for your fantasy football team.

Start'Em- Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers)

Big Ben was suspended for the first four weeks of the 2010 NFL season. Now he is back and ready for his season to begin against a weak Cleveland Browns squad. The Steelers will be looking to throw a lot to get Big Ben back in his groove, so look for him to stack up a lot of points this week.

Sit' Em- Matt Ryan (Atlanta Falcons)

This week, Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons are going up against the Philadelphia Eagles. With Asante Samuel healthy, look for him to try and force a turnover. Matt Ryan will have trouble against the very good Eagles secondary, so I would not start him this week.

Start'Em- Matt Forte (Chicago Bears)

The Bears are playing the Seahawks this week and with Matt Forte as the Bears running back, I don't think the Seahawks have a chance. Matt Forte has been a surprise this year. He wasn't expected to do much but he proved his critics wrong. With a weak Seahawks defense, Matt Forte should have no problems scoring two touchdowns.

Sit'Em- Smash, Dash, and Tash. (Dallas Cowboys)

The Cowboys are traveling to Minnesota this week after a heart breaker last week against the Titans. The Vikings have one of the best run defenses in the league with Pat Williams, Jared Allen, and Kevin Williams on that big defensive line of theirs. Don't expect any of these backs to do much this week.

Start'Em- Santana Moss (Washington Redskins)

LANDOVER - SEPTEMBER 19: Santana Moss #89 of the Washington Redskins makes a catch on a play that was called back during the game against the Houston Texans at FedExField on September 19, 2010 in Landover, Maryland. The Texans defeated the Redskins 30-27

The Colts travel to Washington to play the Redskins this week. The Colts have struggled on defense this year, so expect Donovan McNabb to take advantage of that and throw a lot. The player he will be throwing to the most this week is Santana Moss, so watch out for him because he could really help your team.

Sit'Em- Brandon Marshall (Miami Dolphins)

The Green Bay Packers have played great defense this year. With Clay Matthews coming after Chad Henne this week, Henne will have to make throws he doesn't want to, so don't expect Brandon Marshall to have much luck this week at the Packers.

Start'Em- Andrew Quarless (Green Bay Packers)

Last week, the Green Bay Packers lost their starting tight end Jermichael Finley. So here comes the backup. Andrew Quarless will be starting this week for the Packers against Miami, who has struggled on defense. Look for Aaron Rodgers to pass to Quarless when they get to the goal line, which should be often.

Sit'Em- Dustin Keller (New York Jets)

Dustin Keller has been really good this year, but he is going up against a tough Broncos defense this week. With Champ Bailey at corner, don't expect Keller to catch much from his quarterback Mark Sanchez.

The Best and Worst of The Rest!!

Drew Brees (Saints)

Lesean McCoy (Eagles)

Arian Foster (Texans)

Hines Ward (Steelers)

Hakeem Nicks (Giants)

Marcedes Lewis (Jaguars)
