New York Jets Week 1 Review
Offense: C-
I don’t blame the offense as much as I blame the shitty play calling, but the offense was still some shit. Sanchez actually looked better than I thought he would. The O-line had a tough matchup, but had way too many penalties. The Ravens were just stacking the box and going downhill all game long; the O-line did alright.
The run game did nothing, but again that goes back to pitiful play calling and the Ravens stacking the box every play. Basically, Schotty was the reason this offense was so damn bad.
Defense: A+
They only gave up three points to a high-octane offense and they were on the field literally the entire game (yes, three—they were off the field until the running into the punter, they still did their job). Despite having more penalties than any other game in Jets history, they still only gave up three points.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Revis didn’t allow a single catch. Bryan Thomas looked awesome. So did Jason Taylor (which REALLY surprised me). The D-line was dominating. Pouha is so damn good. So is Ellis and DeVito. Eric Smith and Jim Leonhard played great too.
Special Teams: A
Weatherford was AWESOME. Cole was brilliant as well. Leonhard was great as a return man, the blocking was great too. Nick Folk was 3-for-3, including one from 48. Special teams played outstanding.
Coaching: F————————————-
Worst play calling I have ever seen in my life. Brian Schotty needs to get his ass kicked for that game. I’m not exaggerating, this was THE worst play called game that I have EVER seen.
That combined with the Jets record for number of penalties and this was such a shitty coached game…
Overall
We should’ve won. Simple as that. But we didn’t. So lets kick New England’s ass next week. I think we’ll win by more than two touchdowns next week.
