In the next 10 slides, I'll mention 10 NFL rookies I believe will be successful.
Rolando McClain
McClain fits the Raiders defense very well. He'll be one of the reasons why the Raiders will have one of the best defenses in the league.
Earl Thomas
Earl Thomas will play very well in Pete Carroll's system. He's plays very well in coverage and will help strengthen this once weak defense.
Joe Haden
Haden is in the position where he can groom himself into Cleveland's system. With Sheldon Brown and Eric Wright, he can learn a lot. Surprisingly he's already competing for the starting job over Eric Wright.
Dez Bryant
Dez Bryant even looks like a star receiver. He has the size and hands that will help him a lot in this league.
Kyle Wilson
He'll be playing next to Darrelle Revis and Antonio Cromartie, so he'll have a lot less pressure than a lot of other rookie corners coming into the league. I think he'll thrive in Rex Ryan's system.
CJ Spiller
One of the fastest players in this draft. His speed and catching ability will be a heavy boost for an offense trying to find its spark.
Ryan Mathews
Ryan Mathews fits the Chargers system very nicely. He'll have to fill LT's shoes. I think he has the ability and is working with a very fast RB in Darren Sproles.
Eric Berry
He's been compared to Ed Reed, so his expectations are going to be very high. He's very physical and is not afraid is make the big hit. Expect him to contribute a lot this season.
Ndamukong Suh
Ndamukong Suh is someone the Lions need badly. He has yet to make an impact in preseason, but expect to hear his name more by the end of the season.
Taylor Mays
Mays is big, fast, and has great potential. Mike Singletary will groom him into a great safety.
