Brett Favre mania continues as Al Jones at the Southern Mississippi Sun Herald reported late Tuesday. Citing a family member as the source, Jones reports the "Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre has made no decision regarding a 20th season in the NFL".

Coach Brad Childress stated at a press conference Tuesday that he had not heard from Brett Favre about this news. This despite rumors from teammates who remain unnamed that Favre sent texts them about his plans to retire left Childress to dispel those rumors.
