Colt McCoy's Wedding Song:

There is no traditional hazing for Cleveland Browns rookies—head coach Eric Mangini would never stand for physical attacks on his players—but locker room humiliation on the other hand?

Fair game.

It's been an NFL player tradition to have the rookies stand up and sing a song, traditionally their college fight song, in front of the rest of the locker room. One Cleveland Browns rookie however, may just have received a hazing in front of the world thanks to his best friends.

While Colt McCoy was being married to his new bride Rachel Glandorf last Saturday, his friends, including Cincinnati Bengals rookie Jordan Shipley and country musician Aaron Watson, were writing and performing a tribute to him in a country western song called, "When I Grow Up I Want to Be Just Like Colt McCoy."

The song tells of Colt's exploits and hometown exaggerations of his greatness, but mostly it simply makes for a hilarious parody song that will have people singing it for the remainder of his career.

Some of the little known "Jim Ned" references refer to his high school in Tuscola, Texas, where he was coached by his father, Brad McCoy.

The Tim Tebow reference goes back to the criticism he received from diehard Texas fans for being friendly with fellow NCAA superstar quarterback of the Florida Gators, and now of the Denver Broncos. While it may have seemed odd at the time, both men are of great Christian faith and have always shared that bond, as well as mutual age and career paths.

Who knows if the Cleveland Browns' veterans will make him stand up and sing this song, instead of his Texas fight song during training camp, but it's certainly a video this writer would love to see.

Some say he's a ninja, rumor has it he's Superman,
Hes got the heart of a lion, still hes as gentle as old Peter Pan,
All you Hatfields better beware, I heard he's stronger than a Kodiak bear,
He's your real deal, he's no decoy, he's still his mama's little pride and joy.

Hey, when I grow up I wanna be just like Colt McCoy,
He's the true gun-slinging inspiration to every small town country boy,
Having cool friends like Jordan Shipley,
(Well ain't no singers singin' songs about me)
Well when I grow up I wanna be just like Colt McCoy.

Everybody and their dog is doggin' on the little quarterback from Jim Ned,
Too short too slow and way too skinny, its what the headlines read.
So he hit the weights, protein shakes, and lord behold, he started to grow,
Now he's gettin' sick and tired of people getting fired up, for rubbing elbows with Tim Tebow.

There's a new sheriff in town,
Shaking hands and kissing babies,
Throwing lazer beam touchdowns.

Hey, when I grow up I wanna be just like Colt McCoy,
He's the straight shootin' gun inspiration to every small town country boy,
I'd have cool friends like Jordan Shipley,
(Well ain't no singers singin' songs about me)
Well when I grow up I wanna be just like Colt McCoy.
