Hello Passing Game
Joe Flacco struggled at times last season with a sub-average passing attack around him. This offseason the Ravens needed to upgrade at receiver and they did just that by adding speedster Donte’ Stallworth and Anquan Boldin.
Boldin provides the team with a true No. 1 target and his style of play fits this organization just right. That said, Boldin will probably miss time due to injury this year and that is why keeping Derrick Mason around is a great move.
Now Flacco has four respectable options to throw the football too and a talented receiving back in Ray Rice. Throw Todd Heap in and this offense could have some fun in 2010.
Top Fantasy Defense?
If the offense can open up consistent leads early in football games, the Ravens' defense could have a fabulous season. Imagine Ray Lewis and the boys playing with a 14-plus lead coming into the second half of most football games, and they could have a big time fantasy season.
An abundance of sacks, turnovers, and touchdown opportunities should be well in store for this defense once again.
