NFL Mock Draft 1.0: Suh and McCoy Have The Spotlight, For Now

They wear the number 93 on their jerseys. They suit up in red on Saturdays. They have been terrorizing Big XII backfields for the past four years. Their names? Nadamukong Suh and Gerald McCoy.

Heading into Combine week, everyone is buzzing about these two defensive tackles, and they should be.

These two guys are forces in the trenches. They dominate offensive lineman. They have a chance to be the first and second overall picks in this April's upcoming draft. But will they?

This is a very good question. Right now, it is fun to talk about the possibility of these guys going 1 & 2 overall, but two defensive tackles being drafted in the first two spots hasn't happened in, well, ever.

So its very hard to decipher where these guys will go or where anyone will go, but I'm going to give it a shot. Here's my first edition 2010 mock draft:

1. Saint Louis Rams - Sam Bradford, QB, Oklahoma

13. San Francisco 49ers - Trent Williams, OT, Oklahoma

14. Seattle Seahawks (from Denver) - Joe Haden, CB, Florida

15. New York Giants - Earl Thomas, S, Texas

16. San Francisco 49ers - Everson Griffen, DE, Southern California

17. Tennessee Titans - Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida

18. Pittsburgh Steelers - Bryan Bulaga, OT, Iowa

30. Minnesota Vikings - Ricky Sapp, DE/OLB, Clemson

31. Indianapolis Colts - Dan Williams, DT, Tennessee

Right now all the focus is on these interior lineman but as usually, the focus willgo back to the quarterbacks.

Disagree? Leave a comment. I'm open to suggestions for my mock draft 2.0.
