Vikings Have Thanksgiving Feast in End Zone Following TD vs. Lions

Kyle Newport@@KyleNewportFeatured ColumnistNovember 23, 2017

The Minnesota Vikings are eating early in Detroit...at least on the scoreboard.

Thanks to a Detroit Lions fumble, the Vikings were put in prime position to extend their 6-0 lead midway through the first quarter of Thursday's game. Minnesota quarterback Case Keenum did exactly that when he took the read-option himself on 1st-and-goal from the 9 into the end zone for a touchdown.

Once the play was over, it was time to feast.
