Brock Osweiler's Errant Pass Hits Bystander on Sideline
Steve SilvermanNov 12, 2017
Football is a dangerous game—and not just for the players.
During Sunday night's game against the New England Patriots, Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler was flushed out to his left. To escape the defensive pressure, he just decided to fling the ball out of bounds.
While Osweiler was not penalized for intentional grounding since he was outside of the pocket, his toss wasn't consequence-free. It hit an unsuspecting onlooker on the Denver sideline right in the head.
