US Olympic Team Recruits Night King from 'Game of Thrones'
Luckily for everyone else, the White Walkers aren't eligible for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
Also, they're not real. But that's beside the point. During Sunday night's Game of Thrones episode, the Night King scored a crucial late strike in a battle against a Westerosi dream team led by Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen.
Without spoiling too much, let's just say the undead's leader literally and figuratively has ice in his veins. His pinpoint accuracy caught the attention of the U.S. Olympic team, which campaigned for the Night King to join its javelin squad.
The king of the Hail Mary, Aaron Rodgers, also took notice.
The U.S. Olympic team recruiters must not have been paying close attention, as seeking out the Night King can only cause harm. Or maybe the plan is for him to create an unstoppable army of White Walker athletes.
