2017 NFL Draft Order: Latest 1st-Round Selections After Saturday's Week 16 Games
Week 16 was an important one for deciding the playoff standings, but the 2017 draft order also featured some movement.
The Cleveland Browns earned their first win of the season while a handful of other upsets took place around the league. The fans rooting against their teams to help earn a higher draft pick were likely quite disappointed.
Here is a look at the latest draft order as it happens throughout Week 16.

The biggest story on Saturday was the Browns' 20-17 win over the San Diego Chargers. As Field Yates of ESPN noted, this put the San Francisco 49ers in prime position to earn the top pick in April:
Cameron Wolfe of the Denver Post mocked the result for Cleveland:
Of course, the players themselves don't care much about the draft. They are playing for pride, as well as their own jobs. Losing intentionally so someone better can take your spot on the roster isn't a smart decision for a player.
Robert Griffin III is still trying to show he can be a starting quarterback in the NFL, and his efficiency in the face of pressure was a good sign for his career going forward.
In the end, the win didn't cost the Browns anything since the 49ers followed it up with their own win over the Los Angeles Rams later in the day. They used a come-from-behind effort to earn a 22-21 victory over Los Angeles, going 2-0 against the division rival while remaining 0-13 against the rest of the league.
Now San Francisco will need a loss and another Cleveland win to get back into the top spot.
Meanwhile, these teams weren't the only ones to win a surprising game Saturday. The Jacksonville Jaguars moved to 3-12 after defeating the Tennessee Titans, who were in first place in the AFC South entering the day.
Like Griffin III, Blake Bortles had a great day at quarterback for the Jaguars with 325 yards and a passing touchdown, as well as a receiving touchdown on a pass from Marqise Lee.
Jacksonville fired head coach Gus Bradley earlier in the week, but interim coach Doug Marrone got his players prepared as they played with nothing to lose. The only downside is that the draft spot might have been affected.
At the very least, the New York Jets did their job to lose, and it wasn't even close. The 4-11 team was embarrassed 41-3 against the New England Patriots in a game that was even more of a blowout than expected.
The team has a lot of holes it will need to fill if it wants to be competitive in 2017, so at least a higher draft pick could help improve the roster quicker.
