  • After a somewhat surprising release from the New Orleans Saints, running back C.J. Spiller has found a new NFL home. "The Seahawks, in need of a healthy RB, are signing free agent C.J. Spiller, source said," Ian Rapoport of NFL Network tweeted. "An audition that's cost-effective."

Dez Bryant Fined by Dallas Cowboys

  • After missing a team meeting and a scheduled MRI on Tuesday, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been fined by the team, per the Dallas Morning NewsDavid Moore. Bryant received the MRI on Wednesday, which showed a hairline fracture of the tibial plateau on his right knee, per Moore.
