Adrian Peterson to Undergo Knee Surgery

• Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson, who went down with a knee injury during Sunday night's game against the Green Bay Packers, will undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus. According to ESPN's Josina Anderson, Peterson's recovery could take between three to six months.

The Minnesota Vikings Add Ronnie Hillman

• After the announcement of Peterson's surgery, the Vikings acquired Ronnie Hillman in free agency. The former Denver Broncos running back totaled 974 yards from scrimmage and scored seven touchdowns last season.

Josh Gordon Served with Arrest Warrant in Paternity Suit

• Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon appeared in court Wednesday in connection with a paternity suit. "He attended court today, and a hearing was held," Gordon's attorneys said in a statement, per Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal. "The matter was continued until November, should a further hearing be needed."

Corey Coleman Suffers Broken Hand

• Gordon's teammate, Corey Coleman, suffered a broken hand in practice Wednesday. "The past few hours have been real tough for me," Coleman posted on Instagram. "Breaking my hand in practice today was tough. But thankfully tough times don't last, tough people do. I. Will. Be. Back."

Colin Kaepernick Voted NFL's Most Disliked Player

• In a poll conducted by E-Poll Market Research, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was voted the most disliked player in the NFL. According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, 29 percent of the 1,100 Americans polled responded "disliked a lot" to Kaepernick.
