NFL Power Rankings: Breaking Down Sunday's Action Ahead of Week 3
It's no surprise to see the Cleveland Browns still holding on strong to the last-place spot in the power rankings after blowing a 20-point lead at home to the Baltimore Ravens. While it can be argued the Browns looked considerably better with Josh McCown at the helm of the offense Sunday, the Browns still couldn't close out what should've been a comfortable win.
Heading into Monday night's matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears, every other team has played its second game of the season. Here are my power rankings after Sunday's games.

Notable teams
No Tom Brady and no Rob Gronkowski for the second week in a row? No problem.
It's no overstatement to say Jimmy Garoppolo looked incredible in the first 25 minutes of game action for the Patriots against the Miami Dolphins. He completed 18 of 27 passes for 234 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Patriots to a commanding 21-0 lead in the second quarter.
However, Garoppolo was injured later in the second quarter, and according to CSNNE.com's Tom E. Curran, he'll miss at least one week with an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder.
While he won't be put on injured reserve or anything of that nature, Garoppolo's season could be done since Brady will return from his suspension in Week 5 and will retain his place in the starting lineup.
But as a whole, the Patriots are a scary team that is still missing the most dominant offensive weapon in professional football in Gronkowski, who missed his second game in a row due to a lingering hamstring injury.
The Patriots could be the best team in football when they have all their players back, but for now, they're still really, really good.
The Texans finally look like a complete football team.
It appears the offseason acquisition of Brock Osweiler was the missing ingredient to an otherwise well-rounded football team. It's no secret Houston's defense had the potential to be one of the best in the NFL, but no one could fully gauge how the offense would look this season.
After all, the Texans have struggled to find a franchise quarterback since their inception in 2002.
While Osweiler hasn't been an elite quarterback despite being paid like one, he has been consistent for the Texans. And with a defense led by J.J Watt, who became the second-fastest player to reach 75 career sacks against the Chiefs on Sunday, that's all he has to be.
23. Seattle Seahawks
It doesn't matter the Seahawks won the Super Bowl in 2014. It doesn't matter Russell Wilson wasn't 100 percent healthy Sunday. It doesn't even matter Seattle played against a tough Los Angeles Rams defense.
A 1-1 record is still a 1-1 record. And losing to the Rams by a score of 9-3 is as ugly as it gets.
There's nothing funny about the Seahawks offense early on this season. Many will look to the absence of a consistent running game since Marshawn Lynch retired, but Seattle has only scored 15 points in two games this season. That's not winning football.
The defense is still one of the best units in the NFL, and while it's ranked 23rd in this power rankings poll, it's clear the team will improve and go on a midseason win streak like it has done the last couple of seasons. But as for right now? The Seahawks' play has warranted their drop in the rankings.
