The most important week of the NFL preseason will kick off Thursday with a pair of key games, as the Miami Dolphins host the Atlanta Falcons and the Dallas Cowboys visit the Seattle Seahawks.
Both home teams are favorites at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark, with the Seahawks among the biggest as five-point chalk.
Seattle and Dallas are both 1-1 straight up through their first two preseason games. But the former figures to have an edge at quarterback, with Russell Wilson expected to see much more playing time than he has so far in a week teams play their starters the most.

The Atlanta Falcons will visit Miami as one of eight unbeaten NFL teams in the preseason at 2-0 SU and ATS. The Falcons defeated the Washington Redskins 23-17 as three-point home favorites in their opener before knocking off the Cleveland Browns 24-13 as one-point road underdogs last Thursday.
Atlanta is 4-2 SU and ATS in the preseason, according to the Odds Shark NFL Database, under second-year head coach Dan Quinn, who served as defensive coordinator with Seattle from 2013-14.
