Former Tennessee Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck was arrested Tuesday and charged on a count of DUI and a count of "violating the implied consent law," according to jail records, per Natalie Neysa Alund of the Tennessean.

The Tennessean provided Bulluck's mugshot:

Kara Apel of added, "According to the affidavit, Bulluck hit a light pole along Interstate 65 near Armory Drive just before 3 a.m. Police said Bulluck had a 'distinct smell of an alcoholic beverage' and had red and watery eyes and slurred speech."

Bulluck, who was coming from Losers Bar, told officers he had two beers and took a number of sobriety tests, showing "numerous indicators" of intoxication, per Apel. But he refused to sign the implied consent or to give a blood sample, and he was promptly taken into custody.

Bulluck posted a $5,000 bond, per Alund.

Bulluck, who was a Pro Bowler in 2003 and a first-team All-NFL selection by the Associated Press that same year, played 10 seasons with the Titans and one season with the New York Giants in his career. He accumulated 790 tackles, 21 interceptions, 18 sacks, 15 forced fumbles and 13 fumble recoveries in his career.
