Tim Tebow has not been on an NFL team's regular-season roster since the 2012 season, and yet a recent poll revealed that the polarizing quarterback is still a fan favorite.

Tebowmania may have died down a bit over the years, but Tebow is more popular than stars such as Russell Wilson, Drew Brees and Eli Manning.

What a world we live in.

Earlier this month, Public Policy Polling surveyed 410 fans to collect data. The questions ranged from who the fans thought would win Super Bowl 50 to who their favorite quarterback is. Some of the results will blow your mind.

When given the choice between Tebow, Wilson, Brees, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Cam Newton, Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger, fans produced these results:

America's Favorite NFL QB
PlayerPercent of Votes
Tom Brady (New England Patriots)23
Peyton Manning (Denver Broncos)16
Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers)13
Cam Newton (Carolina Panthers)11
Tim Tebow (Free Agent)7
Russell Wilson (Seattle Seahawks)6
Eli Manning (New York Giants)6
Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers)6
Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints)4
Someone Else/No Favorite9

Obviously, not every fan's favorite team was represented in those choices. However, most fans still gave an answer rather than just saying "someone else."

It's interesting to note that each of the four quarterbacks who received fewer votes than Tebow, a 28-year-old quarterback who has just one career playoff victory, has at least one Super Bowl title on his respective resume. Of course, part of the reason the former first-round pick only has one postseason win is he just hasn't been able to hold a starting job since the circus that was Tebowmania.

On the other hand, as popular as the former Denver Broncos star was during his playing days, he wasn't loved by all. Here are the results from when fans were asked who their least favorite quarterback is:

America's Least Favorite NFL QB
PlayerPercent of Votes
Tom Brady (New England Patriots)29
Tim Tebow (Free Agent)10
Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh Steelers)9
Cam Newton (Carolina Panthers)9
Peyton Manning (Denver Broncos)8
Russell Wilson (Seattle Seahawks)6
Eli Manning (New York Giants)4
Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints)3
Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers)2

Tebow is still as polarizing as ever.
