According to TMZ Sports, police said the former second-round pick was pulled over due to erratic driving and illegally tinted windows before the officer found 6.5 grams of marijuana in his vehicle.

Gaffney spent 11 years in the NFL from 2002 through 2012 with the Houston Texans, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Washington Redskins and Miami Dolphins.
The 2002 No. 33 overall draft pick out of Florida produced to the tune of 447 receptions, 5,690 yards and 24 touchdowns during his time in the league.
The two-time All-SEC selection's best professional season came in 2011 when he set career highs with 68 catches for 947 yards and five touchdowns for Washington.
While Gaffney never developed into the star many expected him to be after a standout collegiate career, he was a serviceable, reliable pass-catcher for a long time in the NFL.
Gaffney's bond was set at $7,000, and it has yet to be revealed when legal proceedings will take place with regard to his case.
