Hours after the San Francisco 49ers announced that Chip Kelly would be their next head coach, Colin Kaepernick jerseys were taken off clearance in the team store.

Many fans and analysts believed Kap’s time in the Bay Area was over after he was benched in favor of Blaine Gabbert. But after Kelly's arrival, the coach may be able to revitalize the uber-athletic quarterback in his fast-paced offense.
