If the Washington Redskins don't want to use Robert Griffin III, there are apparently some people in Dallas who would be more than happy to see the former Offensive Rookie of the Year wearing the star.
The Dallas Cowboys hosted the Washington Redskins in Week 17, and weirdly, a couple of Dallas fans showed up wearing RGIII jerseys. To be more specific, Cowboys RGIII jerseys.
According to ESPN.com's Todd Archer, the Cowboys fans are relatives of Griffin:

UPDATE: Sunday, Jan. 3, at 5:53 p.m. ET
Washington has denied that the fans wearing the jerseys are Griffin's relatives:
From #Redskins PR: Contrary to published reports, the fans seen wearing Griffin III Dallas jerseys today were not members of his family.— Washington Redskins (@Redskins) January 3, 2016
Unless they are friends or family, you have to wonder why someone would spend money on a customized jersey of a player who is under contract with another team.
---End of update---
Dallas has gone through a handful of quarterbacks since Tony Romo went down with a pair of collarbone injuries this season. After having an offseason to recover, the four-time Pro Bowler should return to lead the Cowboys next season, meaning there's no huge need for Griffin in Dallas.
These jerseys probably won't make sense anytime soon.
