Rams Reportedly Won't Be Penalized for Handling of Case Keenum's Concussion
The NFL reportedly won't punish the St. Louis Rams for their failure to remove quarterback Case Keenum from the team's 16-13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11 after he suffered a concussion, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.
However, Chris Mortensen of ESPN noted the NFL Players Association will continue its own investigation into the situation.
Keenum was tackled by Baltimore's Timmy Jernigan during the penultimate drive of the game and was clearly dazed, but he was never removed from the contest for concussion testing. (The play occurs at the 2:28 mark of the video below.)

"I didn't see anything from my vantage point on the sideline," Rams head coach Jeff Fisher said, per Around the NFL, adding that he was "in game management mode," per Kevin Seifert of ESPN.
Fisher also said the team's trainer spoke to Keenum, "who said he was OK," per Seifert.
Schefter reported Saturday that Keenum isn't expected to play this week and Nick Foles—the team's starter to begin the season—is expected to start against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday afternoon.
