Peterson Expected to Be Ready for Team Activities

Kent Somers of AZCentral Sports reported Peterson—along with fellow cornerback Justin Bethel, who also underwent surgery—is expected to be ready for training camp in July.
Peterson's Health Critical to Cardinals' Success
The 25-year-old made his fifth Pro Bowl last season and earned first-team All-Pro honors for a third time. He's one of the best cornerbacks in the league.
The Cardinals ranked eighth in pass defense (230.4 YPG) in 2015, and Peterson's health is vital to the team continuing that success into next year.
There's little reason for concern considering Peterson is expected to be ready long before the season starts. The Cardinals will hope Peterson's ankle issues are behind him as they look to compete for an NFC West title in 2016.
