The referee initially ruled that the ball broke the plane and was a touchdown. However, after review, the call on the field was overturned. The referees ruled that Griffin lost control of the football before crossing the goal line, resulting in a touchback.
That ruling did not sit well with the Redskins, especially receiver Santana Moss.ย
Moss confronted the officials and apparently said something that was enough to get a 15-yard penalty and an ejection.

Moss has reportedly been fined by the NFL for his abusive behavior.ย
