A strong performance at the NFL Scouting Combine could push receiver Sammy Watkins even higher up draft boards, so his efforts in Indianapolis Sunday were something to keep an eye on.
The former Clemson star was expected to post one of the fastest times in the 40-yard dash at the combine. Everyone wanted to know if he could come in under 4.30 seconds. He wasn't able to do that, but he still put up impressive times.
