Jimmy Graham Gets in Scuffle with Seattle Seahawks Players Before Game

When the NFL playoffs begin, players are amped up and things get heated—which is exactly what happened between New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham and several Seattle Seahawks players on Saturday.

Tom Pelissero from USA Today provided us with some context as to how the situation all started.

Then Irvin said he took Graham's ball and punted it across the field. Graham grabbing Irvin's hat was just retaliation.

Michael Bennett had some interesting things to say about Graham after the game, according to Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman.

Seahawks' Michael Bennett called Jimmy Graham soft and the most overrated player in the NFL.

Graham finished the game with just one reception for eight yards.

Graham continued to get into it with Seahawks players before the game. This time he beefed with Richard Sherman after the two teams were in pads.

You can see a couple of GIFs of the scuffle right here. Graham is the player being held back, while Bruce Irvin is on the left in the first one. The player without the hat is Bobby Wagner, as Graham ripped it off of him.

It appears a bit of a rivalry is beginning to brew between the two teams. The Saints lost to the Seahawks 34-7 back in Week 13, and they're looking for payback in this divisional playoff game.
