Zubaz pants? Check. Pink shirts with the name Gronkowski emblazoned across the back? Check. Random woman doing the worm? Yeah they had that, too.

Welcome to the Rob Gronkowski football clinic, where the Gronktinis flow like boxed wine and the football chatter only temporarily interrupts the actual fun.

For the Win's Mike Foss spotted this brief moment from the football camp Deadspin reported on last month. The inaugural iteration of the Football 101 Women's Clinic was supposed to feature a cocktail hour with adult beverages, including the mysterious "Gronktini."

The festivities were to also include instruction on the finer points of football, as well as games and skill contests. As we see from the video, the frivolity wasn't complete without brief dance breaks peppered into the mix.

I mean, you can't have a Gronk clinic without dance breaks.

Thankfully, prolific Tweeter and provider of the posted video Lana Berry was there to keep a social-media journal of sorts on the night's proceedings.

First she shows off the famed Gronktini.

There is no mention of ingredients, but we assume an energy drink and the hopes and dreams of adolescence are used.

Her other best tweet covered the "instruction" portion of the night.

they just asked the ladies "what is a tight end??" and Gronk turned around, wiggled his ass, and said "THIS is a tight end"

So don't leave the clinic claiming you didn't learn anything about football.

All of this is to say I am extremely jealous of Berry and the rest of the women who got to party it up with the unofficial party guru of the NFL (unless we gave him the official title and I missed it).

Gronkowski really is the only athlete who could hold a football clinic, teach women how to Dougie and everyone would consider this all very normal.

Now we know Gronk has a future after football hosting bachelorette parties.
