Former NFL Receiver Chad Johnson Reportedly Sues Websites Posting Sex Tape

Chad Johnson is taking his fight with a couple of websites to court after a video featuring the former NFL star having sex was leaked to the masses. 

TMZ reports the 34-year old is suing both WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, websites that posted a dated video of Johnson having sex.

Chad's lawsuit names WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, claiming the two websites posted the sex footage without his consent ... footage that was allegedly stolen from him in the first place.

Chad wants unspecified damages ... plus a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again.

Per the report, both sites took down the video last week after a number of cease-and-desist letters were sent from Johnson's camp. 

Still, the out-of-work receiver, who was last seen being cut from the Miami Dolphins in a highly-publicized episode of Hard Knocks, is now looking for monetary recompense. 

Black Sports Online reported shortly after the video became public that the woman in the video may very well be model, Wankaego, referred to in the report as the tattooed woman. 

As the NY Daily News reports, Johnson has acknowledged that it is him featured in the video, but the video was stolen from his cell phone. 

Johnson was well on his way to making a comeback with the Dolphins but was released shortly after being arrested for headbutting his then wife, reality-TV star Evelyn Lozada. 

Back in August, Johnson famously joked that he could very well find himself doing pornography if the NFL didn't work out for him. 

Unfortunately, Johnson is now featured in his very own sex tape, and he is fairly upset about the whole ordeal. 

Websites, post videos of former stars having sex at your own risk. As for you celebs out there, stop taping yourself having sex.
