Fantasy owners, if you have one of the following four running backs on your roster, your playoff chances are looking good.

Taking into account performance and opponent, these will be the four most productive running backs for Week 15.

4. Adrian Peterson

Week 15 Opponent: Rams

Adrian Peterson is a freak of nature, and he has been an absolute draft steal because of it.

He should not be this good the year after blowing out his knee, but here he is at the top of the NFL and producing every week, and he is doing it without any passing game to take the pressure off of him.

He went over 100 yards last week against the Bears and it was the seventh-straight game he topped the century mark.

He is going against a solid run defense in the Rams, but they can't stop him. No one can.

Projection: 134 total yards, 1 touchdown

3. Doug Martin

Week 15 Opponent: Saints

Last week, Martin became the first running back to top the century mark against the Eagles defense. That was his fourth game this season surpassing the 100-yard mark.

Marting has been inconsistent , but he is explosive, and this week he will be going against a Saints' defense that can't stop anyone.

The Saints have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing  running backs of any team in the NFL.

Martin had decent success going against the Saints in Week 7 as he tallied 85 yards and a touchdown, and he did that on just 16 carries.

Martin will get more carries in this one and he will produce.

Projection: 141 total yards, 1 touchdown

2. Jamaal Charles

Week 15 Opponent: Raiders

Jamaal Charles is getting better as the season rolls on.

He has gone over 100 yards in three-straight games, which has pushed his season total over 1,220 yards.

He will pad those stats in this game. When the Raiders and Chiefs first met, Charles was  barely used. There is no way that happens again.

The Raiders defense is sinking, and for the season it has allowed the second-most fantasy points to running backs.

The opposition has been doing whatever it wants against the Oakland defense, and the Chiefs want to run the ball.

Projection: 158 total yards, 2 touchdowns

1. Marshawn Lynch

Week 15 Opponent: Buffalo Bills

Marshawn Lynch has been a consistent force this year, and the touchdowns are coming in bunches now.

He has six scores in the last five games. He has also topped 100 yards seven times on the year. He has to be licking his chops this week.

He will be going against his former team, the Bills. So the punishing runner is going to be charging with a chip on his shoulder, and he will be doing so against a terrible Bills rush defense.

The Bills are 28th in rushing yards allowed and 30th in yards allowed per rush. The Seahawks will look to grind this one out on the ground, and Beast Mode will flourish.

Projection: 172 total yards, 2 touchdowns
