Jimmy Johnson is a football legend.

He won a national championship with the University of Arkansas as a player, won a national championship with the University of Miami as a head coach and two Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys as a head coach.

He's also the next person of interest for NFL Films' A Football Life series.

Here's all the key information you need to make sure you don't miss out on the latest from the Emmy-nominated series.

Johnson found success at every level.

He was the first coach to win a national championship in college and a Super Bowl in the NFL, and the only other man to match him was Barry Switzer, who coached the Cowboys team Johnson built to the team's third Super Bowl in four years.

Johnson took a mediocre program at Miami and turned it into a national powerhouse.

He was a determined man who never let anyone tell him what to do, which is why he and Jerry Jones ended up falling out.

Now a successful TV man, Johnson can be found on Sundays on Fox yucking it up with Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long and the rest of the gang.

Make sure you tune in to NFL Network next Wednesday, November 7, to learn more about Johnson's story and rise to fame.
