The Cleveland Browns are moving up in the 2012 NFL draft.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Browns have struck a deal with the Minnesota Vikings:

Schefter subsequently cleared up which picks the Vikings are getting for the No. 3 overall pick:
Vikings got the Browns picks in rounds 1, 4, 5, 7. Cleveland gets the No. 3 overall pick.

It's unclear who the Browns are targeting with the No. 3 pick, though they've been most commonly linked to Alabama running back Trent Richardson and Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon.
Jay Glazer of FoxSports.com has it on good authority that the Browns will be taking Richardson:
Sources tell me they moved up for Richardson NOT Blackmon!

Richardson is universally considered to be the best running back prospect in the draft.
