Giants vs. Cowboys: New York Suddenly Given 2nd Life Thanks to Dallas Collapse
The New York Giants aren't dead yet—in fact, they are in terrific shape after Sunday night.
The G-Men went into Dallas and pulled off a miracle 37-34 win in Jerryworld over the Cowboys.
The win gives the Giants a 7-6 record and first place in the NFC East, thanks to now owning the tiebreaker over the Cowboys.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
New York was down by 12 points with less than six minutes remaining, and an extremely poised Eli Manning had no issues answering the call. Manning finished with an even 400 yards in addition to two touchdown passes. It's the latest example of how poised the little brother can be in the most dire of situations.
This was such a big game and the Cowboys once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory as a 47-yard field goal by Dan Bailey was blocked at the buzzer. Even worse, DeMarco Murray broke his right ankle and is likely out for the season. The rookie had given the Cowboys some terrific balance and now Felix Jones is the only healthy running back on the squad (doesn't that sound weird?).
The Giants got the big road win, with another matchup to come in the final week of the regular season—this time in the Meadowlands.
Until then, the Cowboys play the Buccaneers and Eagles, two games they should win on paper, but that's what everyone thought last week against the Cardinals.
The Giants officially snap their four-game winning streak, which wasn't even that bad considering the competition they played. In the past month the G-Men were forced to play the 49ers, Packers and Saints, the three best teams in the NFC.
The defense may be ravaged with injuries, and is ranked 29th against the pass, but Manning and his stud corps of receivers give them a chance every week. They play the Redskins at home before a "road" game against the Jets, then the Cowboys rematch.
As long as Manning continues to find a wide-open Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks, this team is going to be tough to stop.
They gave the Packers a run for their money, and beat New England at Foxboro. They have the talent and the experience to do some damage in the postseason, but none of it would have been possible if the Cowboys would have taken care of business.
This loss may leave both teams at 7-6, but the future for each team looks incredibly different.
