NFL Power Rankings Week 10: Stock Watch for 2010 Playoff Teams
There is seemingly a new batch of playoff teams each season, but there's always a few hold overs from the year before.
Let's examine the stocks of all the team's that reached the postseason in 2010 and look at where they stand in this year's playoff race...

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
New England Patriots
Over their last three games, the Patriots have faced good defenses, and their explosive attack has been curtailed a bit.
The Cowboys, Steelers and Giants got pressure on Brady without sending tons of blitzers and pressed New England's receivers at the line, disrupting their routes and timing with Tom Brady.
The Patriots defense has improved, but is still very susceptible to the pass and hasn't made that big play in the last two games.
Stock Down
Pittsburgh Steelers
Despite their 23-20 loss to the Ravens, Steelers fans need not worry. They're still one of the most complete teams in football. Ben Roethlisberger is playing at an extremely high level and the young receivers are beginning to emerge, especially Antonio Brown.
It'll be an uphill battle to win the AFC North now, but they certainly have the look of a playoff team.
Stock Down Slightly
Indianapolis Colts
The Colts went 10-6 last year. They're already 0-9 and have been atrocious on both sides of the the football this season. Does Peyton Manning make that much of a difference?
Stock Down
Kansas City Chiefs
I can't figure out the Chiefs. Honestly, I was surprised when they rattled off four straight after their 0-3 start. They don't have a ton of electricity on offense because of the season-ending loss to Jamaal Charles and I wasn't totally sold on Matt Cassel.
Somehow, they pulled it off.
They were exposed against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, and their defense had its worst game in the last month. It's going to be a fight to the finish in the AFC West.
Stock Down
Baltimore Ravens
Besides a nice cold pint of Natural Bohemian, there's nothing better in Baltimore than completing the season sweep of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Joe Flacco has proved his doubters wrong in his last six quarters of football and the defense, in typical fashion, is one of the best and most intimidating units in football.
Torrey Smith may be the X-factor as the AFC North race tightens up down the stretch.
Stock Up
New York Jets
The Jets were dominant in the second half en route to their 27-11 win in Buffalo, their first road victory of the season. Mark Sanchez was efficient and the defense gave one of the highest scoring teams in the AFC trouble all afternoon. A true statement game.
Now they face New England at home for the outright AFC East lead.
Stock Up
NFC
Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons are demonstrating a steadiness now that we expected from them all season. They dismantled the Colts on Sunday and sit a half game back of the Saints.
Their balance is probably the most remarkable as they can get it done with a big game from Michael Turner, or Matt Ryan can open things up in the passing game with Roddy White and Julio Jones.
Stock Up
Chicago Bears
I'll admit, I was wrong about the Bears. I didn't think their inspired offensive line play would continue and didn't think they had enough firepower to beat the Eagles on the road.
Despite fumbling twice, they got a huge game from Matt Forte and their defense confused Michael Vick all evening. Jay Cutler looks incredibly comfortable behind center and is scrambling to make plays down the field.
Stock Up
Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles slow start may come back to haunt them. After winning the last two games, the Eagles were exposed against the Bears on "Monday Night Football."
They're 3-5 and are a full three games back of the Giants. Their run defense is one of the weakest in the NFL and their secondary isn't as intimidating as we initially thought it would be.
Stock Down
Seattle Seahawks
Last year, the Seahawks were a great story. Unfortunately for the always boisterous fans in Seattle, 7-9 isn't going to cut it this season.
The 49ers are a dominant team in the NFC and the Seahawks are a team in rebuilding mode.
Stock Down
New Orleans Saints
Their defense has taken a bit of a hit from years past, but Drew Brees is still magical inside the Superdome.
It'll be interesting to see how they play away from their New Orleans home for the remainder of the season, because as we've seen, if Brees doesn't put on a show, the Saints are vulnerable.
Stock Up
Green Bay Packers
The Packers are NFL's most dynamic team offensively. Their defense creates the critical turnover and they surprisingly have a decent running game.
Aaron Rodgers is the center of it all. We haven't seen quarterback play like this is quite some time. No one can outscore the Pack.
I've been saying that line all season and I'm sticking to it.
