NFL Power Rankings: 3 Top-Shelf Teams Destined for a Rude Awakening
Do you know what the best part of NFL power rankings are? They are assured to change. Every single week, we will have upsets, blowouts and surprises to pour over.
These next few teams are going to suffer greatly as the season opens.
There is just one obvious note as we enter Week 1: Nobody is perfect. That sentiment could not be any more true for football clubs.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The next sad sorts are flawed, and they will soon be exploited for their deficiencies. Here is a list of those top-tier ballclubs that will soon undergo some sort of damage control.
I never want to wish ill will on anyone, but these upsetting turns of events will make the early season very interesting to watch.
1. New York Jets
For a few years now, it has been Super Bowl or bust. The Jets have had the defense and the receivers to be a danger to any opponents.
The one question has been Mark Sanchez and his big-game capability.
Now, they have two questions, as a good amount of targets have left the Jets. Sanchez now has Santonio Holmes and an aged Plaxico Burress to rely on. While I am confident in Holmes, I am scared of what a full season holds for Burress.
Braylon Edwards will be missed.
2. Indianapolis Colts
The Colts have reached double-digit wins for nine seasons. The 2011 season will be the end of that remarkably consistent run.
Peyton Manning is the driver that makes this racing machine run. Nix that, he is the engine, chassis and wheels. I have no faith that he will return anytime soon. The NFL is a league of smoke and mirrors.
The fact that they signed an aged Kerry Collins then mandated Manning stay clear of practice signals the team will be without their famed QB for more than a week or two.
3. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens went out and got Joe Flacco the toy he has been whining he has needed. Lee Evans is supposed to get the Ravens vertical.
This negates the biggest issue for the Ravens offense: Joe Flacco is just not the consistent performer an elite team needs.
His flat-line antics will cause the Ravens to once again fail to drive deep in the postseason, or worse.
If Flacco can't get the Ravens off to a quick start, look for media criticism to get under his thin skin.
