NFL Playoff Schedule 2012: The End of Tebow Time and More Notable Moments
If you're wondering when Tebow time officially ends, it will be at about 8 p.m. EST when the Broncos and Patriots kickoff. That's when the dream will come crashing down, so set that alarm on your phone and get out your popcorn.
Now, I know that you heard all throughout the last quarter of the season how Tebow's magical run was going to end and it didn't. I also know how all you heard before the Broncos squared off with the Steelers was how there was no way they could win a playoff game with Tebow under center, but he did.

At this point, what makes this week any different? All he does is win, right?
Let me remind you that his record against Tom Brady is 0-1. Last time these two teams squared off, Brady threw for 320 yards two touchdowns and ran in another, and this was in Denver.
Today, when these two luminary quarterbacks square off, Tebow and the Broncos won't have the advantage of the home crowd cheering them on, and they just so happen to be playing one of the best playoff quarterbacks and coach tandems of all-time in Brady and Bill Belichick.
Like it or not, playing Brady at Foxboro is a little bit different than playing a banged-up Ben Roethlisberger in Denver.
Don't let one miraculous win skew the numbers.
Let's not forget, this is the very same Broncos team that backed into the playoffs, losing their last three games and capturing a weak AFC West crown with a tiebreaker with the 8-8 Chargers and Raiders.
Tebow threw for one touchdown and four interceptions in that losing streak, which included that 41-23 loss to the Patriots mind you.
While some will lean on the fact that the Patriots defense is rather inept, they do only give up 117.1 rushing yards per game, which is 17th in the league, and their second-best passing offense all but makes up for that.
Their strength on offense combats the Broncos on defense, and there is no doubting their offense can score with the best of them. Brady threw for 5,235 yards and 39 touchdowns this season, and if it wasn't for the spectacular years that Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers had, we'd be talking about him as the MVP.
I don't see how the Broncos will be able to keep up with the Patriots. Add in the fact that they are one of the more playoff experienced teams out there, as well as home-field advantage, and picking the Broncos to win would be illogical at this point.
Tebow Time may have been able to defy logic up until this point, but that's about to end today.
Here's some other notable moments to keep your eye on this weekend in the NFL:
