NFL Picks Week 6: Indianapolis Colts and Underdogs to Bet the House On
As the NFL season progresses and the Las Vegas oddsmakers get a better feel for the teams, the lines simply get tougher and tougher to beat.
There are still some questions to be answered as we enter the season's sixth week, but it is beginning to become pretty apparent which teams are good and which aren't. Not every line is going to be perfect, though, so here are three underdogs you can bet the house on this weekend.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
There is usually a great amount of risk involved when betting on underdogs, but that hasn't been the case with the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers are 3-1 as dogs this season and have yet to lose a game by more than seven points.
Knowing your team is likely going to keep the game within one score is a great feeling since it increases your chances of covering dramatically. The Panthers are four-point underdogs on the road against the Atlanta Falcons this weekend.
The Falcons are reeling and currently sit at just 2-3. While I expect a narrow victory from the Falcons on home field, a Panthers win is certainly a very real possibility. Rookie quarterback Cam Newton has been a revelation for the Panthers and should be able to very much keep them in the game against Atlanta.
The Buffalo Bills are coming off an impressive victory over the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants are coming off a disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks, so you might expect that the Bills would favored when the two teams meet on Sunday.
That isn't the case, however, as the visiting Bills are three-point underdogs. If you put a lot of stock in a team coming back angry and determined after a tough loss, then the Giants are your team, but I prefer to invest in the better football team, and that is the Bills at this point.
It's true that Giants quarterback Eli Manning will likely have a field day in terms of yardage against the Bills on Sunday, but the Bills lead the league in interceptions and Manning throws plenty of them, so that isn't a great mix for Manning. This game should be a close one, but I'm banking on a Buffalo victory outright, so bet with confidence.
At 0-5, the Indianapolis Colts simply aren't a good football team. It's tough to blame them as injured quarterback Peyton Manning was the heart and soul of the squad, but they just aren't going to win many football games this season.
With that said, though, the Colts have played significantly better over the past three weeks since Curtis Painter took over as the starting quarterback, and they went down to the wire in prime-time games against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite their improved play, the Colts are seven-point dogs on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 6.
The Bengals have been surprising good and hold a 3-2 record, but the fact remains that they're relying on a lot of unproven players on offense. They aren't the type of team that is going to win via the blowout, so a seven-point spread is awfully hefty. The Bengals should win, but not by more than a single score. Expect a push at worst.
