WWE Superstar of the Week for July 11
It was a mostly uneventful week in the land of WWE, but even in the bleakest times, certain Superstars always manage to make an impression.
The build for Battleground has been a slow one, but that isn't always a bad thing. We went from having a pay-per-view every couple of weeks to having more than a month between events, so it's understandable if people are becoming impatient for storylines to pay off.
Before we talk about the Superstar of the week, let's take a look at some of the people who deserve recognition for their hard work.

Takeaways From SNME 44 ➡️
Honorable Mention: Jamie Noble
For a man who hasn't been an active wrestler in years, Jamie Noble sure does take a lot of punishment. His willingness to play a stooge speaks to his dedication to the company.
In the span of two weeks, Noble suffered broken ribs and had to get stitches in his back (Warning: The link for the stitches might be a bit graphic for some), and it all happened at the hands of Brock Lesnar.
You would think a few broken bones would keep him on the shelf for a little while, but Noble is tougher than people realize. He was back at Rollins' side the next week taking hits from the Kendo stick Dean Ambrose was wielding.
Then last Monday, his back was cut open during a segment involving a beast, a busted-up Cadillac and several axes. He can't seem to catch a break.
At this point, Noble deserves to actually be gifted with a new Cadillac, because he has suffered more injuries as a bodyguard than most active wrestlers have over the past year.
Honorable Mention: Seth Rollins
Ever since Brock Lesnar returned to reclaim what he felt was stolen from him at WrestleMania 31, Seth Rollins has stepped up and come into his own as WWE world heavyweight champion.
He has upped up his game in the promo department and has consistently delivered the best performances in the ring week after week.
His interaction with Paul Heyman on SmackDown was especially impressive. To be able to stand toe-to-toe with the best talker in the business and hold your own is not easy, but Rollins made it look that way.
We don't know if Rollins will still be champion after Battleground, but you can rest assured that even if he does lose the title, he will still be a focal point because of his magnetism and insane athleticism.
If you're not on the Rollins bandwagon, it's time to jump on, because he is the real deal and here to stay.
Superstar of the Week for July 11: Cesaro
Cesaro and John Cena had two back-to-back United States Championship matches in two weeks, and they delivered instant classics on both occasions.
It's sad that Tyson Kidd had to get injured for Cesaro to have another chance at breaking out on his own, but he is taking this opportunity and running with it.
His raw power, off-the-charts technical ability and pure athleticism more than make up for any shortcomings he has on the mic, and after two show-stealing matches, WWE has to see how valuable he is.
Whether you like him or not, John Cena is the measuring stick in WWE. To be able to go up against him twice and put on a five-star performance each time just proves how good Cesaro really is.
If he can improve his promo skills, there's not going to be anybody who can stand in Cesaro's way. He can wrestle circles around anyone in the company, and he deserves to be treated like a big deal after what we have seen the past two weeks.
If Cesaro isn't given a renewed push after tearing the house down two weeks straight, then there is a serious lack of logic and reason among management.
What do you think? Was Cesaro the Superstar of the Week? Whom would you pick if not him? Thanks for reading, and follow me on Twitter @BR_Doctor.
