Ranking the 10 Biggest Stars in WWE Women's Division for WrestleMania 41 Season

Erik BeastonMar 19, 2025

The WWE women's division is brimming with talented competitors, all working to rewrite the history books and forever alter the perception of women's wrestling.

From Rhea Ripley to Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair to Iyo Sky, the roster of Superstars currently elevating the division in the most prominent promotion in the industry is undeniably great.

But where do each of those women, and six other game-changers, rank in a top-10 countdown ahead of WrestleMania 41?

Find out with this look at the brightest female stars in WWE.

10. Alexa Bliss

1 of 10
SmackDown

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE at the Royal Rumble and competed in the women's Elimination Chamber match on March 1, but she has struggled to find creative consistency since.

There have been teases of an upcoming story involving The Wyatt Sicks, but nothing has manifested itself to this point.

Still, The Goddess is a multi-time champion with a rich history in WWE and a connection with fans that led to one of the loudest pops at the Rumble.

Bliss is a star just waiting for the right story or match to ignite a sustained push, regardless of whether that comes before or after WrestleMania.

9. Bayley

2 of 10
NXT

Bayley's ranking may be the most disappointing on this list, if for no other reason than the fact that she is a trailblazer.

One of the original Four Horsewomen of NXT, she is partly responsible for the prominence of women's wrestling in WWE today.

This time last year, she was preparing to challenge Iyo Sky for the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania, but her path to the biggest show in professional wrestling is murky this year.

At first, it looked like she may be poised to battle Roxanne Perez, but she now seems to have her sights on the Women's Intercontinental Championship held by Lyra Valkyria.

The lack of clear direction is somewhat disheartening for a competitor who has been a workhorse for the company over the last year, even if the creative efforts have not been reflective of her own.

8. Naomi

3 of 10
SmackDown

Naomi may be relatively low on this list, but her recent performances in the ring and on the mic suggest 2025 is the start of something special for the former tag team champion.

The Glow recently revealed herself to be (at least partly) responsible for an attack on Jade Cargill. During that segment on SmackDown with Bianca Belair, we saw a new side of her that captivated audiences and proved she can carry a promo segment.

That is a key element of stardom in WWE that Naomi has never really been allowed to explore and her success will only net her more opportunities.

The rivalry with Cargill should make for compelling television and, win or lose, Naomi should benefit from the added exposure.

7. Jade Cargill

4 of 10
SmackDown

Everything about Jade Cargill screams "superstar" and upon her return from an injury angle, the former tag champion appears poised to become just that.

Her return at Elimination Chamber and subsequent beatdown of Naomi, followed by a Jaded to her former friend and partner on the subsequent SmackDown, had fans ready to watch the revenge-minded badass take out her frustration on her attacker.

With that program likely to result in a high-profile matchup between them, presumably as soon as WrestleMania, Cargill appears ready to embark on a singles run that could launch her into the stardom many predicted for her upon her arrival in WWE.

The question then becomes whether Naomi acted alone in her attack or if she had help, perhaps in the form of Bianca Belair. If so, could Cargill be in contention for a title opportunity against the current No. 1 contender further down the line?

6. Tiffany Stratton

5 of 10
SmackDown

It has been Tiffy Time so far in 2025, thanks to a successful cash-in of her Money in the Bank briefcase, her WWE Women's Championship win, a victorious partnership with Hall of Famer Trish Stratus and a babyface turn that has her at the forefront of the SmackDown women's division.

If that wasn't enough, a WrestleMania date with Charlotte Flair is up next for Tiffany Stratton.

The Center of the Universe has repeatedly seized opportunity after opportunity and now faces the biggest match of her career in Las Vegas, against a woman who helped lay the groundwork for the women's revolution and established herself as one of the greatest to lace a pair of boots.

We know The Queen will rise to the occasion and be ready to show out on the grandest stage, but will Stratton?

There have been some clear nerves of late, which is understandable given the 25-year-old's relative inexperience in a storyline of this magnitude, but she has excelled in big-match situations before.

Whether Stratton can thrive and retain her title against Flair is the question management and fans will be asking come April 19-20.

5. Iyo Sky

6 of 10
Monday Night RAW

It is almost criminal that Iyo Sky sits so low on this list, but that is a testament to the prominence of the four women ahead of her.

Sky has been among, if not the, greatest women's wrestler in WWE for years now.

Whether she is diving off cages as part of WarGames, cementing herself as the latest and greatest in the NXT women's division, winning titles on the main roster or nearly stealing the show with Bayley at last year's 'Mania, she has established a legacy for herself in WWE that will only be enhanced when she defends the Women's World Championship against Bianca Belair and, seemingly, Rhea Ripley.

Regardless of whatever form her match ultimately takes, The Genius of the Sky can be counted on to deliver when the bell rings, providing fans with a legitimate show-stealer and a performer unlike any other they will see elsewhere in the division.

Already a future Hall of Famer based on her accomplishments, Sky can make it two-for-two in blockbuster WrestleMania performances with another strong showing in 2025.

4. Liv Morgan

7 of 10
SmackDown

Liv Morgan may be the best success story in WWE.

Her growth and evolution from NXT afterthought to Riott Squad member to tag team champion and eventual singles star has been nothing short of inspirational.

She bounced back from a feud with Ronda Rousey in 2022 that did not do her nearly as many favors as it should have and suffered a shoulder injury that put her out of action for most of 2023, before returning with a vengeance last year.

The Liv Morgan Revenge Tour launched her into another stratosphere of stardom, and her program with Rhea Ripley helped earn her more television time.

A lengthy reign as women's world champion, beginning with a victory over Becky Lynch, only further solidified her as a top-tier competitor in the women's division and a central star on Raw.

Now a tag team champion, her path to WrestleMania is not quite clear at the moment, but it's difficult to imagine a scenario in which she does not have a match on the biggest show of the year given how important she has been to WWE television and how over with audiences she is.

3. Bianca Belair

8 of 10
Monday Night RAW

Bianca Belair enters WrestleMania 41 looking for a fifth consecutive victory on the grand stage. It would not be surprising to see her get it, either.

The EST of WWE has undergone a bit of an attitude change, no longer willing to be the smiling, humble competitor she has long been known as. She knows how good she is and is not about to let anyone stand in her path to championship gold.

That includes with Rhea Ripley, who has enjoyed paralleled success from NXT to the main roster. The pair who carried the mantle for women's wrestling in the developmental brand seem set to join Iyo Sky in a battle for the Women's World Championship.

With a potential championship reign on the horizon, and the dark cloud of her possible involvement in the attack on Cargill hanging overhead, Belair could be gearing up for another banner year in WWE.

2. Charlotte Flair

9 of 10
SmackDown

The moment Charlotte Flair stepped through the curtain at the Royal Rumble, making her triumphant return to WWE programming for the first time since December 2023, she wrapped up at least the No. 2 spot on this countdown.

The most decorated women's wrestler in company history and the only two-time women's Rumble winner, The Queen has done everything there is to do in professional wrestling. But that has not stopped her from setting her sights on Stratton's WWE Women's Championship come April 19-20 in Las Vegas.

Arguably the best to ever do it, she is a revolutionary women's wrestler who overcame claims of nepotism to establish her own legacy and create a reputation for herself away from her famous father, Ric Flair.

A win at The Showcase of the Immortals will net her 15th world title since arriving on the main roster in 2016, two shy of breaking her dad's record on the men's side.

It is difficult to imagine a scenario where that does not happen, with the potential to best even John Cena's impending 17th world title victory before her career is over.

1. Rhea Ripley

10 of 10
Monday Night RAW

Rhea Ripley realized her star potential in 2024, rising to new heights as one of the most popular Superstars on the roster.

Routinely entering arenas across the globe to pops as loud as those typically reserved for Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes or CM Punk, she reached new heights while feuding with former beau Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan.

A legitimate main event star on Monday nights, Ripley is poised to be the next woman to transcend the business and find mainstream success if she looks for it.

Until then, The Eradicator has unfinished business in the ring, where she will look to regain the Women's World Championship, presumably in an as-yet unannounced Triple Threat against Belair and Sky at WrestleMania.

Win or lose, Mami will be one of the must-see stars at Allegiant Stadium, thanks to her undeniable aura, megastar presentation and aggressive in-ring style.

All of which make Ripley the top-ranked name in one of pro wrestling's most talented divisions.
