Collin John scored the first goal for the Fire when he kicked the ball towards the left side of the goal post and surprising Ricketts of the LA Galaxy within 88 minutes

Mr. John proceeded to squander his opportunity by exhibiting anti sporting behavior towards his fellow teammate Johnson within 89 minutes.

A corner kick by Landon Donovan was deflected towards Omar Gonzalez who scored the equalizer within 91 minutes.

The game itself had its moments of surprises when Wilman Conde fouled against Edson Buddle. It was the first foul of the game.

Gonzalo Segares was expelled within 21 minutes for using his elbow against Leonardo. It was one mistake after another by the Fire.

Logan Pause received a yellow card after fouling against Dema Korvilenko of the LA Galaxy within 63 minutes. The result was an attempt by the Galaxy to score. The ball was blocked by the goalie of Chicagoย Fire with the attitude of "not on my watch".

The game itself was exciting as both teams managed to prove to the world that US Soccer is alive and kicking. It is also one of the reasons why the USA should be the host of 2018 or 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The Chicago Fire is currently in fifth place in the MLS Eastern Conference while the LA Galaxy is first in the Western Conference. It remains to be seen how both teams will continue towards the end of the 2010 MLS Season.

The referees in this game were impartial and deserve praise for their actions. Gonzalo Segares appears to have watched the baseball game between the Florida Marlins and the Washington Nationals.

Mr. Segares has to learn not to use his elbow or any form of violence in these games. It appears that he will probably be out for the rest of the season which does not help the Fire.

The most valued player of the game was Sean Johnson for his dramatic saving of a penalty kick which was taken by Landon Donovan within the first 23 minutes of the game.
