Twitter Feud Breaks Out Between Little Mix, Rangers Fans over Joe Garner Chant
Barcelona vs. Real Madrid. Manchester United vs. Liverpool. Boca Juniors vs. River Plate.
And now, you can add Rangers FC vs. Little Mix to the equation. No, seriously.
A bizarre Twitter feud has broken out between fans of the Scottish Premiership team and the British girl band thanks to the success of one Rangers chant.
The chant, a tribute to 28-year-old striker Joe Garner to the tune of "Glad All Over," has seen somewhat of a resurgence for the 1964 song by the Dave Clark Five, with Christmas fast approaching.
That's irked Little Mix's faithful:
"I'm sorry but if that joke football song ruins Touch's chance of being #1, I am deleting my account

And then, Twitter did the kind of thing only Twitter can do:
"Average attendances:
— We Are Rangers (@Rangers_FC_WATP) December 21, 2016"
•Rangers - 48,904
•Little Mix - 10,000

Rangers, by the way, face their other rivals—Celtic—on New Year's Eve.
