The big team news was that Cristiano Ronaldo missed team-wide training on Monday. Instead, Ronaldo trained indoors by himself, according to a statement from the club's official site (h/t ESPN FC's Dermot Corrigan).
Ronaldo's status wasn't the only development from the session. Corrigan also noted how striker Alvaro Morata and full-backs Fabio Coentrao and Danilo also took part.

Morata could feature with Gareth Bale still out due to an ankle injury. Morata could work in either a front two or a three, alongside Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
Alternatively, manager Zinedine Zidane could also turn to talented young players Lucas Vazquez and Marco Asensio. The pair have both demonstrated the ability to be match-winners this season.
Dortmund's big question mark comes in attack. Specifically, manager Thomas Tuchel has to worry about the temperament of star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The prolific Gabon international recently seemed to indicate he's ready to quit Dortmund, according to James Whaling of the Daily Mirror: “I don’t know if I will stay. I just think about playing good football right now."
Dortmund need their main man up top on form. Actually, Tuchel needs Aubameyang to replicate his history-making Bundesliga form in Europe's premier club competition, per OptaFranz:
If Aubameyang is motivated and firing, Dortmund boast the firepower to leave the Spanish capital with at least a point. Tuchel has this team clicking in attack, with Aubameyang, Ousmane Dembele, Mario Gotze and Andre Schurrle all capable of finding the net regularly.
Still, Zidane has mastered the art of keeping things tight and compact in big matches. If he can do it again, Real should have enough experience to get the result they need.
