But which other players are the subject of interest among the leading clubs in the English top flight this weekend?

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez capped a strange week with a link to AS Monaco.
The Argentina international was arrested for driving while disqualified this week (The Guardian) and then hit three goals in City's 5-0 win over Barnsley in the FA Cup quarterfinal at the Etihad Stadium.
Now the 29-year-old has been tipped to make a summer move to the French league with Ligue 1-bound Monaco, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Vincent Kompany

Carlos Tevez might not be the only Manchester City player heading out of the exit door at the Etihad Stadium this summer.
Club captain Vincent Kompany is on a shortlist of possible replacements for Carles Puyol at Barcelona, according to a report in the Sunday People.
The Belgium international joins Chelsea defender David Luiz and Mats Hummels of Borussia Dortmund on the wanted list with the 34-year-old Spain international approaching the end of his career, claims the newspaper.

The Gunners have been linked with Barca goalkeeper Victor Valdes and striker David Villa, and ex-Camp Nou forward Henry may be enlisted to ease the purchase of the pair, claims the newspaper.
Arsenal have also been linked with St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and goalkeeper Stephane Ruffier, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Mounir El Hamdaoui

Fiorentina striker Mounir El Hamdaoui has been linked with a move to Liverpool less than a year after moving to Italy from Ajax, claims Sky Sports.
The Morocco international, who has scored three times in 16 games for Fiorentina, says he is "flattered" by the link with the Anfield club.
Perhaps, tellingly, the 28-year-old also concedes the Liverpool link may also just be "paper talk."
Luka Modric
Luka Modric strikes for Real Madrid against Manchester United in the Champions League.

Manchester United might have been strongly linked with Cristiano Ronaldo throughout this week, but Real Madrid's other goal scorer on Tuesday is also a target for Sir Alex Ferguson, reports The Metro.
Former Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric came off the bench to help Real turn their one-man advantage at Old Trafford into a Champions League victory.
The Croatia international levelled the scoreline on the night and may well have been auditioning for United with his performance after failing to make an impact at the Bernabeu Stadium since his £33 million move from White Hart Lane last summer.
