The big day is here.
After what seemed like the shortest offseason ever—thanks to Euro 2012 and the London Olympics—the Premier League season kicks off tomorrow.
Over the summer, a few key moves have changed the complexion of the league. With two weeks to go in the transfer window, a few more players are still holding out for a move, making it difficult to see what might happen in these first few matches.
So what should we expect from the first week of the Premier League season?
Here is a guide to all the action over the next seven days, complete with some betting tips to help line your pockets.
Arsenal vs Sunderland: Saturday, 10:00 EDT, Emirates Stadium

The two Premier League matches between Chelsea and Wigan last season were very competitive.
In both, Chelsea took a lead at about an hour before Wigan scored an equalizer with about 10 minutes to go. At the DW, that was good enough for a draw, but Juan Mata got the 90th-minute winner for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
