Week 12 NFL Picks: Underdogs with Best Chance at an Upset
The Philadelphia Eagles are one of several NFL teams with a chance at an upset in Week 12. The last five weeks of the season are so important for teams looking to make a push for the playoffs, and each opponent must be taken seriously.
With the weather getting worse in many NFL cities as winter comes, teams that can run the ball and play good defense will win games.

The Jaguars have been playing excellent defense in recent weeks and even held the Baltimore Ravens to just a single touchdown back in October.
They only allow 18 points per game, and have a talented front seven that does a fine job of stopping the run. Jacksonville allows just over 111 rushing yards per game, and will give the Texans' running back duo of Arian Foster and Ben Tate a tough challenge.
Matt Leinart will make his first start of the season on Sunday, and there will be an adjustment period for him. If he makes a few mistakes against an underrated Jaguars defense, Houston could be upset.
Philadelphia Eagles
The New England Patriots will attempt to put the "Dream Team" to bed once and for all this week when they travel on the road to take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Vince Young will start at quarterback for the Eagles in place of the injured Michael Vick. He played well for Philly in a win against the New York Giants last week, and faces a terrible New England pass defense in Week 12.
The Patriots allow 298.9 passing yards per game this season, and have had trouble stopping averaged quarterbacks such as Chad Henne and Ryan Fitzpatrick.
With their season on the line and up against a bad defense, the Eagles have a good matchup versus the Patriots, and could shock one of the AFC's best teams.
Despite playing well this season the Cincinnati Bengals are just 6-4 and have lost their lead in the AFC North with two straight losses.
Rookie quarterback Andy Dalton has not played too well versus two good defenses in Baltimore and Pittsburgh the last two weeks, and has show he is prone to mistakes when pressured in the pocket.
Cleveland only gives up 166.5 passing yards per game, which means Dalton will have his work cut out for him on Sunday. Browns cornerback Joe Haden is talented and has the potential to be a defensive star very soon.
Against a good division opponent, the Bengals have a chance to lose this game and waste their strong start to the season.
