DeSean Jackson: Dallas Cowboys' Rob Ryan's Insults Will Lead to Eagles Blowout
It’s no secret that the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles both hate each other. The teams hate each other, the fans hate each other and more than likely the mayors of each city have a mutual hate for each other.
But, what Dallas Cowboys’ first-year defensive coordinator Rob Ryan said of this Eagles team before the season laid the ground work for a huge game by Eagles’ QB Michael Vick and WR DeSean Jackson.
As before the season, Ryan said to Dallas reporters when the Eagles were adding free agent after free agent, “I don't know if we win the all-hype team. I think that might have gone to somebody else, but we're going to beat their ass when we play them."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The comments did not sit well at first with Vick, as he went onto Philly radio shortly thereafter, saying that the Eagles will "make him eat his words. I hope he backs it up."
However, it was Jackson this week at practice who is refueling the flames of Ryan’s quotes from the offseason saying, "For a coach to really say that, it's hard for me to kind of respect that because the coach is not really out there playing. If his players said that, then I could understand that. We're out there on the field with him so I would be able to get a chance to get a shot at that player if he said something crazy.
"But for a coach, it ain't like I can run on the sideline and tackle the coach."
For Jackson, he isn’t one to shy away from trash talking. But, when he feels disrespected by another player or coach, he finds a way to back it up in a big way.
Take for example, last year when the Eagles played the Washington Redskins on "Monday Night Football." During the pre-game, Jackson and a number of Redskins players got into a heated argument. The players had to be separated by coaches and officials.
But, the first play of the game saw Vick find Jackson on an 88-yard bomb. That led to an Eagles onslaught of 28 points in the first quarter.
The final score of that game was Eagles winning in a blowout, 59-28.
So, the lesson of today is, be careful of what you say in the media. Yes, you can coach up a great game plan, but Ryan’s words just fired up one of the fastest and most dangerous receivers in the NFL today.
Those words by Ryan could have awoken a sleeping Giant of a team in the Eagles, a giant team that will awake on Sunday night in front of their Philly faithful.
