Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He's owned in almost 67 percent of ESPN leagues now, but Decker is a must have in the 33 percent that has him available. He caught two more scores on Sunday against the Packers, which gives him four on the season. Kyle Orton simply has a lot of confidence in the second year receiver, and he's responded. Decker will be a starter opposite Brandon Lloyd for the remainder of the season barring any injury.
Michael Jenkins, Vikings
He's not going to put up huge numbers on a week-to-week basis, but Jenkins has been the Vikings most consistent receiver through four weeks. While that's not saying a whole lot, he is serviceable, especially considering Donovan McNabb has looked for him more than any Vikings receiver. He's available in over 97 percent of ESPN leagues.
Victor Cruz, Giants
Cruz is taking advantage of an injured Giants receiving core and has posted over 200 yards combined the past two weeks. His role is clearly expanding in the offense. Eli Manning went to him often on Sunday, even with Mario Manningham back in the lineup. If he continues to make plays and see the targets, why not pick him up? Cruz can be had in over 80 percent of ESPN leagues.
Jabar Gaffney, Redskins
Need a reliable, consistent player at receiver? Gaffney is your man. He's caught at least three passes and scored six or more points in standard leagues each week of the 2011 season. The fact that Rex Grossman doesn't exactly slash his fantasy value anymore either. As long as he's producing consistently, there's a place for him. You can find him in the free agents section in over 95 percent of ESPN leagues.
Finally, there's a bit of hope for Crabtree. After catching just one pass for four yards in the first two games, Crabtree has been targeted often by Alex Smith. He caught three passes in Week 3 then followed that up with a five-catch, 68-yard showing against the Eagles. If Crabtree continues to build on his past two weeks, he could be a fantasy steal. The talent has always been there, but the other factors—attitude, injuries, quarterback play—have derailed him. Maybe now he's back on track.
