Eli Manning, Rueben Randle Fantasy Outlook After Odell Beckham Jr. Suspension
New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.'s one-game suspension was officially upheld Wednesday following the appeals process, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, which means owners vying for fantasy titles will need to be judicious when deciding how to value Big Blue players this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
Before lineups are locked, here's a look at how quarterback Eli Manning and interim No. 1 wideout Rueben Randle should be handled in a tough matchup.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
A quick scan of the Giants offense without Beckham doesn't paint a pretty picture for Manning's outlook even though he is coming off a four-touchdown outing against the Carolina Panthers' vaunted secondary.
Although Randle should eat up his fair share of targets, the Giants have very little in the way of consistent pass-catchers available to step in and provide a spark.
As ESPN Stats & Info noted, Beckham has accounted for a gargantuan share of the Giants' receiving output this season:
Manning could benefit if Vikings safety Harrison Smith misses another game with a hamstring injury, but Minnesota limited the Chicago Bears to 231 passing yards last week without him.
So long as Beckham's out, Manning should be viewed as a QB2. If owners are in need of a replacement option, Washington's Kirk Cousins could be a dynamite play in advance of his showdown with a gimpy and forgiving Philadelphia Eagles secondary.
According to ESPN.com, Cousins is currently owned in fewer than 36 percent of leagues.
Rueben Randle

If Randle's still available on the waiver wire, he should be scooped up immediately.
While the Vikings are allowing a seventh-ranked 229.5 passing yards per game, New York will need to take shots. And when it does, Randle figures to be the primary option on the outside.
Manning hasn't targeted the 6'2'', 208-pound receiver heavily over the past month-and-a-half, but Randle has hauled in a touchdown in four of his last six games.
Since Manning's other main receiving options consist of Dwayne Harris, tight end Will Tye and Hakeem Nicks, it stands to reason Randle could reach double-digit targets for the first time this season as he seeks to top 100 yards for the first time since Week 3.
While Randle is still a slightly risky play, owners scrambling for solutions sans Beckham shouldn't hesitate to scoop up the veteran pass-catcher and plug him in.
