Bryce Brown to Seahawks: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction
As the Seattle Seahawks continue to scramble for depth at running back, the team is bringing in veteran Bryce Brown heading into Week 12.
Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports 1 reported on Tuesday that Brown was coming back to Seattle. The 24-year-old has had a roller-coaster ride with the Seahawks. He signed with the team on Oct. 27, didn't play in a game and was waived on Nov. 21.
One reason for the Seahawks needing to bring Brown back is the uncertainty with Marshawn Lynch. Garafolo noted that Seattle head coach Pete Carroll "indicated Lynch was unlikely to go" in Week 12 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Lynch, who has already missed three of Seattle's 10 games this season, may need surgery to repair a possible sports hernia that could end his season, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport (per Kevin Patra of NFL.com).
Brown was a seventh-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2012. He has run for 1,004 yards in 39 games with the Eagles and the Buffalo Bills. He hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since Dec. 14, 2014, with the Bills.
The Seahawks have found a strong replacement for Lynch in Thomas Rawls. The 22-year-old is averaging six yards per carry this season and ran for 209 yards in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers. Brown can spell the rookie in the event Seattle needs a backup runner for one week or for the rest of this season.
