NFL Week 3 Betting Trends: Colts, Patriots, Seahawks, Cowboys Playoff Odds
Two weeks into the 2015 NFL regular season, there are nine teams that are still winless at 0-2, while nine others are unbeaten at 2-0. Those attempting to earn their first victory in Week 3 will find it difficult to make the playoffs regardless of how they perform moving forward, according to the trends compiled by Odds Shark.
Only five of 66 teams (eight percent) that started the season 0-2 have made the postseason dating back to 2007, when the New York Giants achieved the ultimate goal of paying off on the odds to win the Super Bowl. The Indianapolis Colts nearly made it to the Super Bowl last year after starting 0-2 but lost to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Colts are off to an 0-2 start for the second consecutive season, and no team has ever done that and gotten into the playoffs both times.
The flip side of the equation obviously is a 2-0 start, which does not guarantee a spot in the postseason. However, this year’s undefeated teams through the first two games include seven playoff qualifiers from 2014 in the Patriots, Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers.
New England and Green Bay are among the most successful of the bunch, making the postseason three times apiece following their past four 2-0 starts. The Patriots and Seattle Seahawks met in the Super Bowl last year and find themselves on opposite ends of the spectrum this season.
The Seahawks (0-2) have a good chance to turn things around, though, hosting the Chicago Bears (0-2) as massive 14.5-point home favorites in their first home game Sunday after losing their first two on the road to the St. Louis Rams and Packers.
New England (-13.5) is the defending Super Bowl champion and also a giant favorite hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars (1-1), who are not 0-2 for the first time since 2011.
Meanwhile, the Cowboys will likely have the toughest time staying unbeaten playing without injured quarterback Tony Romo (collarbone) and wide receiver Dez Bryant (foot).
Dallas hosts another 2-0 team in the Atlanta Falcons as a two-point home underdog on Sunday.
