Jackson Struggling to Stay Healthy in 2015
Jackson had three carries for 21 yards and two catches for 33 yards before exiting Seattle's Week 4 matchup with Detroit in the second half.
Jackson landed with the Seahawks after the Buffalo Bills let him go in the preseason. While he was a stabilizing force in Buffalo for a long time, the mileage on his 34-year-old body may finally be taking its collective toll. It's a testament to his work ethic that he's remained productive for this long.
His rushing numbers dropped across the board last season, though, and he missed some time with a groin injury. He was also sidelined during training camp with a hamstring issue as he was trying to establish his role in Buffalo.
By joining the Seahawks, Jackson was also reunited with Marshawn Lynch after they spent a handful of years together in Buffalo.
With Lynch also nursing an injury (hamstring), Thomas Rawls is the lone healthy back in a suddenly depleted Seahawks backfield.
